CEDI: An Entrepreneur‘s Best Investment

Herman Cage built CEDI around the same principles of his individual practice. Inherent in CEDI’s mission is to provide start up businesses with the same caliber of financial planning as that of the Big 5 Accounting firms—and at a reasonable cost. CEDI clients receive expert advice for around the price of a high-end entertainment system. The CEDI Fee is $7,500 paid in five installments of a $900 retainer and 4 payments of $1,650.00 due at the 1st of each month.

Simply stated, you can’t get better advice for the money. In fact, we are going to go out on a limb here and say: you can’t get better advice for any amount of money. Consider the benefits:

  • You’ll avoid trial and error as a strategy. Most startups don’t have the deep pockets to survive baptism by fire or an extended trial and error period. In addition to his training as an MBA and CPA, he has owned and operated a thriving small business for more than a decade. He has as many years advising small businesses owners. CEDI clients learn from Herman Cage’s technical knowledge and experience, so that they don’t squander valuable time, energy and financial resources trying to “figuring it out as they go.”
  • You’ll avoid mimicking other businesses. Just because it worked for someone else doesn’t mean it’s going to work for your business. A former auditor, stock broker and financial analyst, Herman Cage devoted the first part of his career to evaluating the business operations of all types of concerns—from Fortune 500 to small, family owned firms. He seen it all and he knows which “best practices” work “best” for which type of companies.
  • You’ll avoid poor tax planning. It’s not what you make; it’s what you keep. This old adage goes for businesses as well as individuals. Herman Cage is a tax man by training and by practice. He is a passionate about helping all clients, including small business owners, to use the tax code strategically.
